Led by Cate Blanchett in the role of Chancellor of Germany, seven world leaders meet at the G7 summit and try to compose a joint statement on an undefined international crisis. The Canadian Prime Minister (Roy Dupuis), whose somber visage is so because he’s facing a cancellable crisis back home that will likely force him to step down, joins the ensemble group as they find themselves lost in a strange wood, beset by thick fog and menaced by undead bog bodies and a giant brain. This dark and highly entertaining comedy pokes fun at incompetent leaders by throwing them into a real crisis and watching things explode within a clever, satirical escapade.
